1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping across India. For urgent deliveries, express shipping options are available upon request.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Damages & Issues

At For the love of Dog, we take complete liability for products damaged or lost during transit. We want to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

  • If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately at hello@fortheloveofdog.co.in or call us at +91 9833964013.

  • Please provide your order number along with relevant images of the damaged packaging and product so our team can verify and arrange a replacement or refund for you seamlessly.

5. International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to addresses within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
