Refund policy

In the event of receiving damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you are required to intimate our team on conctactus@fortheloveofdog.co.in OR +919833964013 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Correction and replacement of the items is assured within 5-7 working days. We will arrange the goods to be collected, and replaced, at our expense.

In the event of being unhappy with your order upon receipt and requiring a full refund, you are required to intimate our team on conctactus@fortheloveofdog.co.in OR +919833964013 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will initiate a return pick up within 3 days. Once the product reaches us and is checked for being in tact and unused, one way shipping charges for the return will be deducted as per actuals, and the balance will be refunded.

To be eligible for a refund / replacement, the product requires to be returned in unused condition, in its original packaging. 

Please note, returns do not apply to products damaged or destroyed by a dog upon use. No toy is indestructible, and we make no claims as such & suggest supervision for your dogs safety. Each incident will be dealt with on a case to case basis and we do out best to come to a satisfactory conclusion for each and every customer.

Orders once place, cannot be cancelled. 

If you would like to return the product, the cost and responsibility of returning the product will be beared by the customer. Store credit in the form of store coupons of the value of the product, including tax, will be provided as compensation. Shipping charges on the subsequent purchase will need to be made additionally during check out.

HAPPINESS GUARANTEE POLICY

At For the Love of Dog Design & Retail LLP, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. Our Happiness Guarantee ensures that you and your dog have a worry-free experience with our toys. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a 100% refund within 3 days of receiving the product, provided that:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.

• The customer covers return shipping costs.

• Refunds will only be processed after we receive the product and confirm that it is in good and unused condition.

2. 3-Month Durability Guarantee

We take pride in our durable designs. If your dog destroys the product beyond use or repair within 3 months of delivery, we will replace it for free, one time only, under the following conditions:

• The damage must be due to normal pet play and usage.

• Products that are lost, intentionally damaged, or destroyed through improper use (e.g., exposure to fire, chemicals, or human-inflicted damage) are not covered.

• A replacement request must include photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.

In the case of the product "Tugasaurs" being damaged, the replacement product sent will be The Big Stretch Long Tug. The plush & squeaky parts are not covered under the warranty.

3. Lifetime Repair Promise

We believe in sustainability and long-lasting play. If your product suffers wear and tear over time, we offer free repairs for life, subject to:

• The customer covering shipping costs to and from our repair facility.

• Repair eligibility being determined on a case-by-case basis (some extensive damage may not be repairable).

• Repairs being for functional use only (cosmetic damages may not be fixable).

4. General Terms & Conditions

• The Happiness Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from For the Love of Dog Design & Retail LLP and authorized resellers.

• We reserve the right to deny claims if the product damage is deemed intentional or outside of normal use.

• The replacement policy does not apply to limited-edition or discontinued products (in such cases, store credit may be offered instead).

• The replacement guarantee is only valid for one-time use per product.

• Our decision on refunds, replacements, and repairs is final.
