This was one of the first things I ever bought from For The Love Of Dog after a friend told me about it. At the time, my senior dog was having issues with severe allergies and I would use the licky mat to distract her from the irritation of the allergies while waiting for her medication to kick in. With our puppy, I use it during grooming mostly. I occasionally use it to train her into sitting and settling on her mat during our meal times. The mat is surprisingly easy to clean, the suction cups at the back hold very firmly against the door or the tile.
